I really wasn’t feeling like running at all today. My sleep and mood have both been awful recently, but I did it regardless and I’m glad I did. The weather is so glorious and who knows how much of it we have left!
I am drawn to this beach, partly because it’s my local beach and partly because it’s so beautiful and rarely rammed, I guess cos it’s a shingle beach.
My go at following a breadcrumb map on my garmin watch. Ha no chance. I’m hopeless and only managed ¾ of it. Still it was a good recce for the event this weekend, sort of.

Very short and sweet, and didn’t manage to get any more footage. I’m hoping to get my action camera very soon!
