Running part of the Lepe Loop with a run walk strategy

I’ve had a few very interrupted nights of sleep recently for many reasons, menopause one of them. and was thinking how the heck am I going to manage a half marathon (part of my training plan for a forthcoming trail marathon) with this level of fatigue. The chat I had recently with another runner really sparked my interest, and today I found out that it really works! I’m sat here many hours later not craving a nap (although I often take one any way as it really is good for you!)

I will be doing more run/walking, I can’t call if ‘Jeffing’ as I’m not following his method to the tee, but I’m making sure that the breaks I take are enough to bring my heart rate down enough to help but not to slow me down too much. 10K coming up tomorrow (13/7) so I will see whether today really did conserve energy!
