The Valley Park Tour of the Woods recce, or it was supposed to be. Only I can’t follow maps on Garmin and ended up doing some of it, backwards. It was complicated, and all paths in the woods tend to look the same. Goodness it was very hot. Another sleepless night for me last night so that didn’t help either. I need to order some more turmeric paste from my friend and make sure I take it every day! A lovely breezy walk also with my doggy along the shore at Calshot. Hope to get an early night but somehow I think that’s not looking likely!
