Join Us for Southampton 10k & Juniors on Sunday 12th October 2025

This is an iconic 10k for you to take part in! Starting and finishing pitch side at Southampton FC’s St Mary’s Stadium, this is a rare opportunity to run inside the incredible stadium. The route is flat and fast making it perfect for runners of all abilities and the route takes in some of Southampton’s most iconic landmarks, including Ocean Village and Northam Bridge.

I’ve volunteered at this event a number of times. If you look in my photo gallery you will see me in a mascot costume, yes that’s me as Ronnie the Roadrunner, the Run Through mascot! It was at this event in 2024 no less that I donned this get up!! This year I will be tail running the 10k unless they press gang me again.

It’s a good event, and it is quite do-able, so if you thinking of doing a 10k this year, and haven’t yet, this might be the one to try.
